For K3 Agency GmbH and Porsche Germany, I have worked as a Product Design Lead to rethink, redesign and develop the Porsche Germany Online Service Infopoint.

Porsche Owners have a specific contact person for almost all services provided by Porsche.
Finding the right service provider depends on location, model and the specific services a user is looking for.
With more than 80 Porsche Sites in Germany, six different models and for each model and site Porsche is providing at least six different Services. This equals more than 2000 different service URLs.
Finding the One out of two thousand
The solution was an easy to use Service Finder for the Porsche Germany Website. Further more we developed a Chatbot which can answer a bunch of questions about models, sites and services.

Making finding the right service as easy as you speak
Together with Loom Consulting we developed a Google’s Dialogflow based Chatbot which not only provides all service links based on location and the model of the user, but also some facts about the Porsche models
